Grilled Salmon with Lemon Dill

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons (juice and zest)
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon in a dish and pour marinade over. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
Oil grill grates. Place salmon skin-side down and grill for 5–6 minutes.
Flip carefully and grill for another 4–5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serve with lemon wedges and a side of roasted vegetables or salad.
