Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a glass or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt.

  2. Add a layer of granola and a drizzle of honey.

  3. Add a layer of mixed berries.

  4. Repeat layers until glass is full.

  5. Top with chia seeds, mint leaves, and an extra drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
