Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Maple syrup and butter for serving
Instructions
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center. Pour in milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until just combined — lumps are okay.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on surface, then flip. Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
Serve warm with maple syrup and butter.
