Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
Toss beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil. Stir-fry bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas for 3 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return beef to wok. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately over steamed rice.
